I absolutely love how these prickly
sea urchins turned out!

Autumn - creating spaces & an autumn craft
I have been creating creative spaces with an Autumn theme in our home.
The kids and I have begun working on a cross stitch pencil case project that works with free design and symmetry! I am attempting to create an Autumn tree.

Almost autumn
It is starting to feel like Autumn here, even though the Autumn Equinox is not officially until September 22nd.
I have begun to enter my Autumn notes and ideas which includes my Pinterest Link and Booklist.
This is one of my favourite Autumn poems.
Harvest
The year has turned its circle,
the seasons come and go
The harvest all is gathered in
and chilly north winds blow
Orchards have shared their treasures
The fields the yellow grain
So open wide the doorway
Autumn is here again.

Beach - decorating
I didn't want to go overboard (sorry bad pun!) with my beach decorating so I just tucked a few items throughout the house.
